In some conferences the amount of e-mails received can be very high. For this reason the system has an email management option that allows the user to disable email reception.

Whether you disable your email or not, you can still access all the e-mails you receive through the inbox page. This page will show you all the e-mails you have received from the moment you registered into the system. If you want to know which e-mails you have already read you can mark them as read or even delete them.

The list in the inbox, as is the case with many email carriers, displays the subject, the sender and the date of each email. If you want to access the message body you should click on one of the previous fields (Figure 2).
