Help - Proposals history

Figure 1: Proposal history

To have a better control of all the proposal submissions and the changes in these proposals, the system records all the versions the user has submitted. This could help to know when each version was submitted and the content of the submission.

The system also allows a user other than the author and coauthors to modify a proposal. This user should have been granted with specials permissions by the conference organizer or the proposal reviewer. With the changes made by the user its name is also saved so that, should there be any problem, the system can trace not only when a change was made but also who made it.

If you want to see the history of a given proposal, have access to the proposal list and click on the button "View history". A table with all the versions will be displayed. The table shows the version number, the user who made the changes, and a link that can be used to see the full detail of the proposals including their contents.
